Terms and Conditions for Coloressence #DivaWaliDiwali Lucky Draw Contest
These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Coloressence lucky draw contest (Terms and Conditions) being conducted by Nature Magic World (NMW/we/us/our) only for online shopping at www.coloressence.com and by proceeding with your registration you hereby acknowledge to have read, understood, and agreed, on an irrevocable basis, to be legally bound by the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and all other applicable laws and regulations, without any limitation or qualification.
Contest Period
The contest period begins at 0000 hours on 27th September 2022 and ends at 2359 hours on 27th October 2022 (Contest Period). The lucky draw will be held between 1st November and the results will be announced on or before 5th December 2022.
Eligibility Criteria
In order for you to be eligible for Coloressence lucky draw contest you must satisfy the following criteria:
- You must purchase Coloressence Products for minimum Rs. 1000 (per order) from www.coloressence.com
- Your entire order can consist of multiple products but total order value (after deducting discounts or any sales) should be Rs. 1,000 minimum.
- You should be above 18 (eighteen) years of age.
- You must be a citizen of India.
- You should hold a valid ID proof along with a valid address proof.
You agree that your failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions as set-out hereinunder and any other formalities stipulated by NMW during the Contest Period shall disqualify you from participating in Coloressence lucky draw contest.
Conditions for Participation
To participate in Coloressence lucky draw contest, it is mandatory that you have to purchase any Coloressence products with a total order value of Rs. 1000 or more from www.coloressence.com only. You need to send a message with text ‘Coloressence Diwa Wali Diwali Contest’ along with the invoice copy along with your name & valid contact number to our Whatsapp number +91 9811817183
There is no limit on the number of times you can place orders to participate in Coloressence lucky draw contest. Each time, you place an order for Rs. 1000 and above, your order will be eligible for the content entry.
Process of Selection of Winners
The winners of Coloressence lucky draw contest will be selected on a random basis by virtue of a lucky draw that will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
NMW will announce the names of the winners on or before 5th November 2022 after which we will call/Whatsapp or SMS to the registered contact number of the winners for their confirmation to claim the eligible prize. Once we receive a confirmation on Whatsapp by the winners along with a copy of a government identity card (inter alia Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, and Driving License) of the winner(s) to confirm the details and address, we shall dispatch the eligible prize within 10 (ten) days of receipt of such details.
In the event the winners of a prize fail to respond to the Whatsapp/ SMS sent by us within a period of 7 (seven) days or are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the winners will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim the prize and consequently the next participant, chosen by virtue of a lucky draw, will be eligible to claim the prize. Our responsibility, therefore, is limited to informing the winners by call/Whatsapp or SMS and on our social media handles about the prize that has been won by them and we are not liable to send any follow-up call/Whatsapp or SMS to the winners. In case the winner(s) do not receive a call/ Whatsapp or SMS from us regarding confirmation to claim their prize, it is their responsibility to inform/ contact us through the number and/or the e-mail address available on our Website.
The participants understand and agree that by merely participating in Coloressence lucky draw contest the participant does not become eligible to claim the prize(s) and it is necessary for the participant to be selected and announced as a winner by NMW to claim the prizes mentioned hereinbelow.
Prize Details
The participants who emerge as winners based on the random lucky draw selection in Coloressence lucky draw contest will be entitled in the following manner to claim the following prize:
- 1st Prize Winner (one winner) will be entitled to Zebronics Tower Speakers worth Rs. 14,999
- 2nd Prize Winner (one winner) will be entitled to Zebronics 5.1 Multimedia Speakers (Home Theatre System) worth Rs. 9,399
- 3rd Prize Winner (one winner) will be entitled to Zoook Bluetooth Soundbar worth Rs. 6,999
- 25 (Twenty-Five) lucky winners will be entitled for a Toshiba Wireless Stereo Headphones worth Rs. 1,999/- each
The winner(s) of the above prize(s) cannot assign or transfer or exchange their respective prize(s).
Limitations of Liability and Release
By participating in Coloressence lucky draw contest, you agree and confirm to release NMW from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to your participation in Coloressence lucky draw contest and waive all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, consequential, and/ or other damages.
NMW is not responsible for the quality of the goods distributed as a prize(s) as these goods are not manufactured by us, and we will further not be liable for any damage or defect to such goods.
The income tax, gift tax or any other statutory tax liability that arises in connection with the prize(s) and is applicable from time to time will be solely borne by the winner(s) of the respective prize(s).
Our Rights
NMW’s decision with regard to the transactions under Coloressence lucky draw contest will be final and binding on all participants. We also reserve the right to extend or discontinue Coloressence lucky draw contest or to cancel, change, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to the eligibility criteria, the participation, selection, and duration clauses, at any time during the Contest Period, at our sole discretion, as may be required in view of any business exigency(ies), or any statutory or regulatory changes and all such changes and amendments shall be binding on the participants.
The winners and/ or their legal heirs shall not have any rights/ claims against NMW in addition to the prizes they are entitled to.
