Shipping Policy

The company has a standard shipping policy for all its orders. Only the time taken for delivery can differ as per the location of the buyer and the product ordered. We are committed to delivering your order within the stipulated time and in excellent condition. We take extra care while packaging the products, so that they reach you in a proper and undamaged condition.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

  • We ship only in India at present. The currency for placing the order is only INR.
  • We offer Free Shipping to any location in India for a minimum order value of INR 499. Orders less than INR 499/- will be charged flat rate of shipping charges of Rs. 100 per order.
  • All our orders will be shipped from Haridwar, through reputed courier or cargo services.
  • The order will be shipped only to the specified (as SHIPPING ADDRESS) at the time of payment for that order. Please make sure that you enter the billing address and shipping address separately, along with the accurate pin codes.
  • If any order is taking more time to be shipped than we had mentioned at the time of buying, then we give the customer the option to wait for the order or cancel it and ask for full refund. However, this is only possible in normal circumstances and not during imposed lockdowns in the country which hamper the courier services and movement of goods.
  • You can check the estimate delivery time to a particular pincode on the product page before buying.
  • If you place the order for more than one product, we try out best to despatch them together but we might ship them separately if one particular product will take time to be shipped. The information about the no. of pieces included in a single parcel will always be informed to you through mail.

Shipping FAQs

Q: How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

A: An estimated delivery time would be within a week. However, the exact no. of days would depend on the destination (shipping address). On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, road transport strikes, damaged roads, political disruptions, imposed regional or national lockdowns due to Covid-19 and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

Q: What is the range of locations that Coloressence ships to?

A: We will try our best to deliver to each and every nook and corner of India. However, if due to some reason, a particular place is very remotely located where there is no cargo service, then we will inform the customer and duly refund the order amount.

Q: Why did I receive partial order?

A: Sometimes, a particular product can be out of stock temporarily or in the final stage of production.  In that case, we would prefer to deliver the available items immediately to avoid delay and for the convenience of the buyer and the balance later. Please note that we will not charge you extra for the delivery of the second lot of items.

Q: How are the items packaged?

A: We package each of the ordered product in bubble wrap and then place the bubble wrapped products in corrugated boxes for extra protection.

Q: I should have received my order but I haven’t. What do I do?

A: If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner’s site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

What if lockdowns are imposed in the country or my area (due to Covid-19 spread) after I placed the order? How long will it take to deliver such orders?

If a lockdown is imposed nationally or regionally or your delivery pincode falls in the Red Zone or containment zones, the delivery will be delayed till such a situation is resolved and lockdown is relaxed. If the order is getting delayed from our side, then we will duly inform you and refund the amount of order.
